The 9 projects under construction this time include 5 new energy base projects and 4 cultural and tourism industry cluster projects. The total capacity of the new energy project is 13 million kilowatts, and the construction content of the cultural and tourism hotel cluster project includes 9 international high-end brand hotels and 1 commercial complex.

The cultural and tourism industry cluster projects are distributed in Urumqi, Yining, Korla and other places, introducing world-class cultural and tourism vacation products and formats, linking with important tourism resources in the surrounding areas, creating a comprehensive Xinjiang Huamei Resort International Resort, assisting in the upgrading of Xinjiang's tourism industry, and attracting more domestic and foreign tourists to Xinjiang for tourism. Among them, the Urumqi project will be located in hotel clusters, headquarters offices, cultural and artistic commercial landmarks, etc., creating an "international city reception hall"; The Yining project will adopt green building technology, integrate traditional cultural elements, and meet the needs of differentiated customer groups.
